Advertised financing is through G3 Urban’s participating lender and assumes a qualifying borrower with a 740 FICO score and 10% down payment. Advertised financing reflects a 6.679% APR. The promotional interest rate is 3.99% during Year 1 and 4.990% during Years 2 through 7. Beginning in Year 8, the interest rate adjusts in accordance with the terms of the adjustable-rate mortgage (“ARM”) and may increase or decrease.
 

Advertised rates reflect a builder-funded financing incentive and are available only on select homes and to qualified buyers who finance through the participating lender and satisfy all applicable program requirements.
