For the safety of our visitors, homebuyers & employees, G3 Urban has put the following Social Distancing & Safety guidelines into place. It is our goal to continue to make your visit to any G3 Urban community as comfortable and safe as possible. We will continue to update these policies as this situation evolves.

Cover it Up

  • If you have a cough or fever, please refrain from visiting the Sales Gallery and schedule a digital appointment instead (via FaceTime, Zoom or Skype).

  • While on the premises, please sneeze/cough into a cloth, tissue, or elbow.

  • All visitors and employees are required to wear a facemask, in accordance with CDC guidelines.

Call Ahead

  • We are currently meeting with visitors by appointment only.

  • Give us a call or use our online scheduler to book your appointment in advance.

Keep Everyone Safe

  • Upon arrival at the Sales Gallery, you may be asked a series of screening questions related to COVID-19.

  • If higher-risk responses are given, you may be asked to return on a later date or schedule a digital appointment.

  • Our sales gallery and model homes are being sanitized frequently. Operating hours may be limited to accommodate daily cleaning schedules.

  • Please opt for a smile and wave, rather than a handshake.

  • Maintain a minimum 6-foot distance from one another.

  • Sales Gallery capacity will be limited, to adhere to this guideline.
